Community Fee
A $500 non-refundable community fee is required at time of application. An additional pet deposit is required if applicable. You are guaranteed a refund of your community fee if you change your mind before moving in.
No Buy-In or Entry Fees
Like any major financial decision, you need to thoroughly understand how your fees are calculated. There are no buy-in or entry fees. There are no extra fees for various tiers of services and care. You pay a flat fee that covers all monthly expenses.
